HOW WE WORK

Focused on the Parts You Don’t See

At Planter Protect, much of our work is never visible once a project is complete — and that’s intentional.

We specialise in the parts of planter construction that sit behind finishes and joinery: waterproofing, interfaces, weight, longevity and lifecycle performance. These details are often overlooked early on, but they are the ones that determine whether a planter system performs reliably for decades or becomes a long-term risk.

Our role is to make sure those issues are resolved properly, early in the process.

ENGAGE

→

We work with architects, landscape architects, designers and joinery partners at early design stages to understand planter geometry, interfaces and performance requirements. Early input helps ensure the insert is fully integrated into the overall planter design.

MANUFACTURE

→

Planter inserts are manufactured from GRP incorporating PET resin, with wall thickness and detailing adjusted where required to suit size, exposure and use. The result is a fully waterproof, root-resistant liner by construction.

INSTALL

 →

Guidance is provided to installers and joinery teams to support correct handling, installation and drainage provision. This helps reduce on-site risk and supports long-term performance.

REPURPOSE

→

Planter inserts are designed for durability and long service life. Our Return and Repurpose service is available at end of life or during refurbishment, supporting waste reduction and circular-economy principles.
